Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused and in it's original condition. Exchanges are done based on availability of an item. If the item is not available you will be issued a store credit.

Pure Beauty & Co has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Pure Beauty & Co determines does not meet the requirements.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on Sale items, Swim Wear, or Accessories. Exchanges on all merchandise must be returned within * 7 days * from date delivery has been confirmed. If received after the 7 days, exchange will not be honored and item will be shipped back.

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise, unless Pure Beauty & Co is at fault.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save all packaging material and email us at purebeautypb21@gmail.com immediately.
